We explore the idea of the Holy Instant—moments when we briefly transcend the illusion of time and experience our eternal connection to the Divine. Drawing from A Course in Miracles, Eckhart Tolle, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Aramaic interpretations of Jesus’ teachings, it suggests that although life in time and space includes suffering, conflict, and change, our true identity remains rooted in an eternal oneness that cannot be harmed. We are invited to cultivate faith, infinite patience, compassion, and presence so that we can experience these glimpses of eternity more frequently. 

In this talk, we remember that even on the days we feel out of tune, we can gently return to balance through compassion, gratitude, and turning from our heads to our hearts for what is truly true. Using the image of Galaxy M77, we affirm a powerful creative Presence at the center of all life and recognize how our perception is shaped by the lens we look through, choosing instead to see deeper truth and divine radiance. 

In this talk, we are reminded that God/Source is always “at home,” and our practice is simply returning to that center through basic tools like heart-focused breathing, silence, and remembering there is one Presence and one Power. We acknowledge that these are painful, confusing times, and yet our courageous hearts can still let love shine through—without denying our very human feelings. By gently noticing our stress, allowing our emotions, and treating ourselves with the same compassion we offer others, we discover that even when things aren’t okay, we are okay in the deeper Truth of our being.

In this talk, we explore what it truly means to awaken—not as spiritual performers quoting affirmations, but as ever-evolving expressions of the One Presence, continuously opening our hearts and minds to the holy ground of each moment. We remember that we are an unfinished, radiant cathedral of Spirit, invited to stay teachable, free from rigid doctrine, and to let our “imprisoned splendor” shine for the healing and upliftment of the world. 

In this talk, we explore how true compassion goes beyond sympathy and empathy by inviting us to care even for those who have hurt us or hold very different values. Through a personal story, we see how curiosity, finding common humanity, shifting from scarcity to abundance, and practicing deep patience help us move beyond the "right vs. wrong" binary narratives into the rich “rainbow” of perspectives within divine Light. 

We reflected on the many “Goliaths” in our world—political injustice, reckless behavior, collective fear—and how deeply they can trouble our hearts. Yet we were reminded that we are David, guided by love, called to meet fear, anger, and sadness with radical compassion for ourselves and others, tending the whole being—spirit, soul, and body—as we help create heaven on earth.
