In this talk, we acknowledge how heavy and confusing the world can feel, yet we keep turning back to humor, shared stories, and the simple grace of laughing together as a way to stay afloat. We remember that we are expressions of the Great “I Am,” invited to raise our vibration through love, spiritual practice, and aligning with the universal heartbeat. As we hold tragic events and human pain in our hearts, we choose to let love speak, act, and lead us into a more compassionate way of being. 

In this talk, we explore the idea that even amid chaos, there is a deeper divine order and universal harmony we can lean into, supported by teachings from Unity, Charles Fillmore, Gandhi, and Carl Sagan. We are reminded to pause, breathe, and feel into our own bodies and hearts, choosing inner peace and mindful awareness so we can "be the change" and "be the order" we wish to see in the world. 

In this talk, we acknowledge that feelings such as anger, fear, and darkness live in the same heart-space as our love. Like the story of the two wolves, what we feed with our attention grows.  Hence, we tend our nervous systems, breathe, and choose to focus on beauty, kindness, and courageous action.  Together, we practice being that radiating light, setting down what weighs us down and stepping forward in love, solidarity, and conscious compassion.

In this New Year’s Release Ceremony, we remember that the new year doesn’t begin on a calendar date, but in the inner decision to see ourselves as already whole, blessed, and one with the Christ consciousness within. We choose to let go of what no longer serves us and affirm our true power as expressions of God’s love, joining countless others around the world who are walking in faith, compassion, and renewal.
