In this meditation, we gently rest in presence, allowing our bodies and hearts to soften as we remember that divine love, light, and source are already here, within and around us. 

This meditation invites us to walk in beauty—with open hearts and minds—as we remember those who have gone before us, those working for peace now, and those living in fear, while resting in the loving presence of the God of our understanding. We are gently guided to let our love and light become a healing, helping presence in the world, shining through us for the good of all.

In this meditation, we breathe into memories of unconditional love and let that love expand through every cell of our bodies, supported by the universe, God, and Spirit who always hold our highest good. Together, we rest in gratitude for all of life, blessing everything and everyone in every moment. 

This meditation guides us to breathe with the divine, release what we are carrying, and rest in silent presence so we can remember our peace and healing. As we return to the moment, we are invited to notice where in the world our love and light are being called, and to shine them softly and steadily.
