This meditation guided us to rest our awareness in our hearts, breathe as if our hearts themselves were doing the breathing, and feel our shared love as a healing, sacred life force connected to the heartbeat of God. We remembered that we are the light, the heart, the hands, and the voice of Spirit on Earth, and that who we are and what we do is a blessing to the world.

In this meditation, we gather in a shared sacred space of love, light, and power, softening our bodies and hearts as we awaken more deeply to the presence of the God of our own understanding. From this place of stillness and oneness, we let our inner light shine out into the world, holding our community—and all who are calling to us this morning—in gratitude, compassion, and unity.
